All Robot Meets Genie products are made to order and fulfilled via print-on-demand production.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes

Shipping estimates provided at checkout and on product pages refer to the dispatch date indicated on each product's preorder listing. Please check the preorder date on the product page before purchasing — this is the estimated date your order will enter production and be dispatched.

All orders are produced and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner. Production and dispatch locations vary depending on the product and your delivery address, which may affect transit times. As a result, the following timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed:

Australia: 5–14 business days
New Zealand: 7–14 business days
United States & Canada: 7–21 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–21 business days
Rest of World: 14–28 business days

Delivery times may also vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
