Refund policy

At Robot Meets Genie, all products are made to order. We take great care in the quality of every item we produce, and we stand behind our work.

We accept returns for faulty or defective items only.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at human@robotmeetsgenie.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the fault

We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection

Each product page includes a detailed size and measurements chart specific to that style. Please refer to this carefully before placing your order — if you have any questions about sizing, contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help.

Faulty item claims submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
